Refund Policy

At TP Building and Landscaping, we aim to deliver high-quality landscaping services.

  • A deposit may be required to secure bookings and is non-refundable once work is scheduled or materials are ordered.

  • Customer cancellations made within 7 days of the start date may incur charges for costs already incurred.

  • If we cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.

  • If you are unhappy with completed work, please notify us within 7 days so we can inspect and, where appropriate, carry out remedial work. Refunds will only be considered if issues cannot be resolved.

  • Due to the nature of landscaping, we cannot refund for natural changes to plants, turf, or materials caused by weather, ground conditions, or lack of maintenance.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
